The Tui GR5 AXS 1x is a lightweight titanium gravel bike designed for extra-small through average-sized riders (approximately 4'7" to 6'1") Available in XXS, XS, S, M, and L, it pairs Zinn's proportional fit experience with SRAM Force AXS wireless electronic 1x12-speed components with a broad gear range.

For riders who struggle to find a gravel bike in the right size, the Tui Titanium gravel bike offers a semi-custom option informed by more than 40 years of building custom bikes for shorter cyclists.

A gravel bike proportional to the rider from 4'7" and up

Finding a gravel bike that fits shouldn’t mean settling for the smallest size a brand happens to offer. For shorter riders, a “small” label alone doesn’t tell you whether a bike will support your body well or feel natural to pedal and handle. For average sized riders, the Tui Gravel bike will be a lightweight and smooth riding titanium gravel bike that is proportional to your geometry. 

The Tui GR5 AXS 1x puts smaller riders at the center of the design, while offering sizes through Large for average-sized cyclists. It brings our fit-first approach to a non-custom titanium gravel bike, providing an alternative to the expense of a fully custom build.

Decades of fit experience behind the design

At Zinn Cycles, we’ve spent more than 40 years building custom bikes for shorter women and men. We founded Tui Titanium Bikes to make that experience available to more riders through a range of semi-custom titanium bikes.

Lennard Zinn’s design philosophy starts with understanding how a rider’s body needs to be supported for pedaling efficiency, comfort, and control. The Tui GR5 applies that fit-first thinking to a gravel bike for riders whose sizing needs are too often overlooked.

Semi-Custom for a perfect fit

Tui bikes use set frame sizes, with fit adjustments tailored to the rider. Rather than building a custom frame, we work from your fit requirements and select from the components we keep in stock.

• Fit adjustments: We customize crank length, stem length and angle, spacer stack, saddle width, and handlebar selection based on your fit.
• Accent colors: You can choose colors for the headset, spacers, and seat binder, plus handlebar tape on builds that use it.
• Wheels and tires: We select a wheelset and tires suited to your type of riding. We offer several tire options; contact us for the current selection.
• Frame Color: Frames come in bare titanium with anodized graphics. You can pay extra to have the bike painted any color you want. Please ask us for pricing on a custom paint job. 

Frame size is the starting point. These adjustments let us tailor the bike’s contact points to you. After you place your order, we’ll send instructions for submitting your measurements or arranging an in-person bike fit.
