32 Inch Tire - XC speed with more tread for mixed conditions

A fast-rolling 32 inch XC tire needs enough traction to stay useful when the trail gets loose. The MAXXIS Aspen AT retains the original Aspen’s low-profile center tread and adds taller side knobs, with an updated tread layout designed to improve braking and climbing traction. The result is an XC-focused tire with more cornering bite for mixed trail surfaces, including loose-over-hardpack conditions.

The 2.40-inch casing provides volume for traction and comfort, while the supple 120 TPI construction allows the tire to conform to uneven terrain. MaxxSpeed compound rounds out the XC-oriented build. These are specific design choices for riders who want rolling efficiency without relying on a minimal tread everywhere on the trail.

EXO protection adds cut and abrasion resistance at the sidewalls. Tubeless Ready construction gives you the option to run a compatible tubeless setup and lower pressures for grip and comfort. Pressure still needs to suit the rider, rim, and terrain; sidewall protection does not make a tire puncture-proof.
