Lightweight where it matters

If you are looking for a lightweight step-through e-bike, the eZinn is built to ride unlike the heavy step-through models that dominate the market. Starting at 36 lbs, it handles more like a regular bike, which makes it easier to steer, easier to lift, and easier to live with day to day.

The removable battery cuts weight further when you need to load the bike onto a rack or lift it into the back of a vehicle. That matters in real use. A bike that is easier to handle off the bike is usually a bike you will use more often.

Why the ride feels different

The eZinn is built around a titanium frame, and that changes the ride. Titanium smooths out road chatter and takes the edge off bumps, washboard, and rough gravel. The result is a bike that stays comfortable over long miles without feeling dull or sluggish.

Steering stays responsive, with the feel of a high-end analog bike rather than a heavy hybrid e-bike. That is the point. The eZinn is meant to preserve the ride quality experienced cyclists care about while adding the support of an electric system.

A step-through design without the usual weight penalty

Many step-through e-bikes in this category weigh 60 to 80 lbs. The eZinn starts at about 36 lbs and increases from there depending on battery choice and added accessories. That lower starting weight changes the whole experience, from low-speed handling to carrying, parking, and transport.

For maximum step-through clearance, the battery is mounted to the back of the seat tube and the bike uses 650b wheels. Riders who do not need as low a step-through can choose a battery position on the down tube instead.

Built for all-day riding

The eZinn hybrid e-bike is designed around a comfortable, upright riding position for longer days in the saddle. There are also multiple handlebar options, so the riding position can be tuned to suit how and where you ride. You can upgrade to a suspension fork or suspension stem and seatpost to smooth out the ride even more. 

Bosch system options

The eZinn is built with the Bosch e-bike system, with multiple choices for:

• motors
• batteries
• displays
• lights
• racks

That lets riders configure the bike around range, power, interface preference, and cargo needs rather than settling for a fixed build.

The Custom Ordering Process

3. Customize your riding position based on your proportions and preferences

5. Submit your order and pay the 50% deposit

The Bike Fit process

Once your order is placed, the bike fit starts. 

1. We will contact you to schedule your in-person or remote bike fitting
2. Once we have fit information for you, we will send your custom design to you for approval
3. Once you approve the design, it will move into production

The Build and Component Selection Process

1. We will send you a fully itemized list of components based on your bike fit and design
2. Optional upgrades and add-ons will be available to select
3. We will work with you one on one to customize gear ratios, tires, and more

Customizing the Aesthetics of your bike

Once your order is placed, you will receive an aesthetics customization questionnaire so that you can customize the way your bike looks. This will include Titanium anodizing, paint, powder coat, and component accent colors. We know how important aesthetics are so we want you to have the opportunity to make your bike look exactly the way you want it.
