The Zinn Dolomite Rival AXS is our premium custom all-road bike built with Sram Rival AXS 2x12 speed electronic shifting components. Select your customization options and reach out to us with any questions.
The Dolomite is designed and handmade specifically for each rider. Every custom Zinn frame is made one at a time by our veteran framebuilders with the highest level of quality you can find. Our precision welds and beautiful finishes are a testament to our dedication to quality. A perfect fit is the cornerstone of your custom bike and once you place your order we will contact you to arrange a remote or in-person bike fit.
The Custom Ordering Process

- Customize your effective frame size based on your height
- Customize your riding position based on your proportions and preferences
- Choose your upgrades
- Submit your order and pay the 50% deposit
The Bike Fit process
Once your order is placed, the bike fit starts.
- We will contact you to schedule your in-person or remote bike fitting
- Once we have fit information for you, we will send your custom design to you for approval
- Once you approve the design, it will move into production
The Build and Component Selection Process
- We will send you a fully itemized list of components based on your bike fit and design
- Optional upgrades and add-ons will be available to select
- We will work with you one on one to customize gear ratios, tires, and more
Customizing the Aesthetics of your bike
Once your order is placed, you will receive an aesthetics customization questionnaire so that you can customize the way your bike looks. This will include Titanium anodizing, paint, powder coat, and component accent colors. We know how important aesthetics are so we want you to have the opportunity to make your bike look exactly the way you want it.

I got a custom bike from Zinn a few months ago and absolutely love it. The experience was seamless from fit to delivery and even some tweaks after. Before building the bike, Lennard measured a ton of things on a digitally adjustable bike to understand my precise angles and ensure my comfort preferences were accounted for in the bike design. The biggest highlight was learning what saddle shape/size I actually needed, and it's been a game changer. I'd had other shops measure it in the past, but didn't end up with a great result and had resigned myself to always having saddle pain, but it's night and day now since I can easily ride 3 days in a row now with no saddle pain or bruising. The team was helpful about swapping out my chainring when I decided after the build that I wanted a different size that was better for climbing. Getting to choose the anodization color and pattern was super fun, and I get a bunch of compliments on it even when commuting through town! The rival AXS is sweet and my shifting being precise every time is so worth it. Highly recommend getting a custom titanium bike from Zinn!
