These titanium e-bikes for big guys are built super tough and come in sizes M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, and 4XL for riders from 5'8"  to 7'. We customize the stem, handlebar, and saddle for each rider to make the perfect fit. The wheels are custom built right here at our shop in Boulder, Colorado using our own Clydesdale hubs that are rated for riders up to 450lbs! We build these wheels using 36 DT swiss competition double butted spokes per wheel and DT swiss brass pro-lock nipples to keep your wheels true for many miles. Each wheel is precision built by professional wheel builders in our shop using high-tech spoke wrenches, wheel building stands, and spoke tension meters.

Semi-Custom For a perfect fit

Clydesdale and Tui bikes use set frame sizes, with fit adjustments tailored to the rider. Rather than building a custom frame, we work from your fit requirements and select from the components we keep in stock.

• Fit adjustments: We customize crank length, stem length and angle, spacer stack, saddle width, and handlebar selection based on your fit.
• Accent colors: You can choose colors for the headset, spacers, and seat binder, plus handlebar tape on builds that use it.
• Wheels and tires: We select a wheelset and tires suited to your type of riding. We offer several tire options; contact us for the current selection.
• Frame Color: Frames come in bare titanium with anodized graphics. You can pay extra to have the bike painted any color you want. Please ask us for pricing on a custom paint job.

Frame size is the starting point. These adjustments let us tailor the bike’s contact points to you. After you place your order, we’ll send instructions for submitting your measurements or arranging an in-person bike fit.
